Homegrown Hockey is operated by PCFC, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are setting up a team, you are confirming that you are an adult with the authority to run it — a coach, a manager or an organization administrator.
Homegrown Hockey is free to use. We may add, change or retire features, and we will tell you before anything that affects your data goes away. There is no guarantee the service will be available at every moment, and it is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
What you enter stays yours. You are responsible for it: for having the families' permission to keep their contact details on your roster, for the accuracy of your schedule, and for what you send in the emails the platform delivers on your behalf. Use family contact details only for team business.
Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, change the password and let us know.
Homegrown Hockey is funded by advertising, not by you and not by your families. We do not sell your data to pay for it. Which pages carry ads, and what the network serving them does and does not receive, is set out in the privacy policy.
Do not use the platform to send unsolicited email, to harvest other teams' contact details, to misrepresent who you are or which team you run, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Rankings, rulebooks and tournament listings shown in the app come from the organizations that publish them, are provided for your convenience, and may be incomplete or out of date. Check with the source before you rely on them.
You can close your account at any time by emailing team@homegrownscheduler.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms. In either case the data you entered is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and coaches with an account are told by email before the change applies. Continuing to use the platform after that is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
